2. We arrange visits to your selected properties that suit your schedule and accompany you to each property. assisting you during the visit with evaluations if you so desire.

3. We obtain all existing documentation of the property(s) that you select, in order to better analyse its value.

4. We help you to negotiate, prepare and submit a written purchase offer, the first step in the purchase process.

5. We advise you on property ownership in Italy, and assist you in obtaining relevant documentation, as well as opening an Italian bank account.

6. We advise you on the purchase process in Italy, and help you to get appropriate technical and legal representation to prepare your preliminary and final contracts of sale.

7. We keep you informed of the progress of the contracts preparations, and translate communications, reports and contracts as you wish.

8. We attend all contracts in an advisory and translation capacity, always present to assure you of a full understanding of the proceedings and procedures

Our compensation is the industry standard of 3% + V.A.T of the agreed selling price.
