La Dolce Villa is the product of a felicitous partnership between Maria Chiara Molone and Kristin Morris. We met while working together for another local agency where we honed our real estate skills and discovered our mutual interest in providing a more in-depth and personalised customer service. We find that each partner brings specific skills to the collaboration that allows us to present a more comprehensive and knowledgeable service to our select clients.
Maria Chiara is an Italian native, part Florentine and part Milanese. Kristin originally hails from the US; Colorado specifically. She has lived in Tuscany for 5 years. Both partners speak both English and Italian fluently.
